Dawn Aldridge

I provide operational and client support while working closely with Tim on a day-to-day basis. I have a bachelor's degree in accounting from Bradley University and a master's degree in business administration (MBA) from the University of Illinois at Springfield. The majority of my work experience has been in accounting, most of which was with government and nonprofit organizations. My biggest strengths are planning and finding errors.

Long before joining Tim at Eagle Ridge Wealth Advisors, I was Tim's office manager at Tim's Ace Hardware for its first year in operation, learning how to set up financial, inventory, and human resources systems from scratch.

Off the Clock

In my free time, I enjoy reading, preparing home-cooked meals, and participating in family activities with my husband and three kids.
